Nail Salon Late and No-Show Policy

- We call after 10 minutes to ask if you are on your way, and we adjust the appointment if necessary

 

-  We cancel the appointment if you are 15 minutes or more late.  We are happy to reschedule the appointment

-  After two no-shows (not showing up to scheduled appointments at the salon and not calling), the customer may come in as a walk-in only
